We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Office Boy/Peon to provide general support to our office staff. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining office cleanliness, running errands, and performing basic clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms. Handle routine office tasks like filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and delivering files or documents between departments. Deposit and collect cheques, documents, and packages from banks or clients as needed. Ensure that all office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.) are stocked and inform the admin in case of shortages. Run errands and handle minor purchases from nearby stores or markets. Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal or external meetings. Support staff in basic clerical or logistics work as directed. Ensure doors, windows, lights, and electrical equipment are switched off when not in use or during closing hours. Requirements:Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as an office boy/peon is preferred. Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and etiquette. Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable. Physically fit and capable of handling daily errands.
