Office Boy Kondapur Hyderabad | Location : Kondapur Hyderabad / only male candidates

• Serving refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other drinks to staff and visitors.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring the office, including common areas, pantry, and washrooms, are clean and tidy.
• Managing mail and deliveries: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, and preparing outgoing mail.
• Running errands: Handling tasks outside the office, such as picking up supplies or delivering documents.
• Assisting with administrative tasks: Photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
• Greeting visitors: Providing a welcoming presence and directing visitors to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintaining office supplies: Ensuring adequate stock of essential items like stationery and pantry supplies.
• Coordinating maintenance: Assisting with the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Supporting staff: Providing general assistance to office staff with various tasks as needed.

Salary : 15 - 18 k
