Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle routine office tasks, assist in documentation, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth office functioning. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and mail)
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner

  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
