About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges invites applications for the position of Office Assistant / Admin Staff to support daily administrative and record management operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with prior experience in administrative or clerical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update administrative and academic records, both in physical and digital formats.
• Prepare, edit, and format official documents, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Assist in filing, data entry, and documentation processes across departments.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff for data collection and record submission.
• Manage correspondence, office inventory, and other administrative support functions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per institutional requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory.
• Prior experience in administrative / clerical / record-keeping roles in educational institutions or corporate setups preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines efficiently.
