Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing items for the store.
• Distribute the monthly indent to all branches on time.
• Support the store department with routine stock checks.
• Willing to travel to purchase and distribute canteen food items and snacks to each branch.
• Assist with transport as needed for various tasks.
• Follow up on courier-purchased items.
• Submit purchase bills to the Accounts department.
• Help maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Update and review the grocery list.
• Check the stock list for the Stores department.
• Collect feedback on hostel food from all branches.
• Follow up on canteen duties (managing the canteen operations).
• Follow up on transport duties (providing lunch and tea for all branches).
• Follow up on other duties assigned by departments
