Job Description

Communication: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and greet office visitors.
Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and emails.
Document & Data Management: Perform data entry, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and organize both digital and physical files.
Scheduling & Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing basic reports or memos.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor office supplies, track stock levels, place reorders, and help maintain office equipment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
