Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and routine correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Support HR and Accounts teams with basic documentation and data entry.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requirements.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure proper coordination with internal departments.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
