Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents as required.
  • Assist in handling courier, postage, and distribution of incoming/outgoing documents.
  • Ensure availability of pantry supplies and office stationery.
  • Support in moving files, office items, and equipment when required.
  • Run errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, refreshments, projector, etc.).
  • Perform other clerical and support tasks assigned by management.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping.
  • Ability to read and write in English / local language.
