We are reinventing meat for a planet-positive future. Backed by investors with deep manufacturing expertise, we have commissioned our pilot line in Bangalore and are scaling up rapidly. Every kilogram of Demolish meat saves water, land and carbon, while keeping animals out of the equation.

We are a company that believes an organised workplace and a seamless hiring experience are foundational to building a great company. We are looking for a hands-on administrator who can own both day-to-day office operations and keep our recruitment pipeline humming.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination

  • Post roles on LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList and other job boards and maintain excel based applicant tracker.
  • Schedule interviews across time zones, manage feedback loops and ensure a high quality candidate experience.
  • Issue offer letters, collect onboarding docs and trigger background checks.

Office & Vendor Management

  • Maintain inventory of stationery, pantry items, printer consumables, etc.
  • Liaise with the building, housekeeping and AMC vendors
  • Keep meeting rooms guest-ready and manage visitor logs

Finance & Bills

  • Ensure on-time payment of internet, utilities and SaaS subscriptions; follow up on approvals.

Logistics & Travel

  • Arrange couriers (domestic and international) and handle shipping documentation.
  • Book flights, hotels and local transport for candidates or executives.

Culture & Events

  • Orchestrate birthday celebrations, town-halls, festive decor and team events.
  • Maintain the asset register and assist with ID-card issuance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office admin, executive assistance

    or

    recruitment operations.
  • Strong command of English; working knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel (look-ups, pivots).
  • Excellent communication skills and good vendor negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with HR and accounting tools.
  • Prior exposure to a fast-moving start-up.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools for creating internal posters and announcements.
