Position Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Admin with Telecalling experience to handle daily administrative tasks, manage client communication, and support our sales and project coordination teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and vendors
• Maintain records, files, and project-related documentation
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the internal team for smooth operations
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and assist with billing and documentation
• Manage office correspondence and scheduling
• Provide general administrative support to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office administration and telecalling (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: 12000 to 15000
