Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external clients/vendors.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain office records, documents, and reports accurately and confidentially.

Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.

Ensure office equipment and facilities are functioning and properly maintained.

Support management in budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative reporting.

Implement and improve office procedures and workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience in office administration or related role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication in English, Malayalam & Hindi , strong interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
