About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Office Administration Trainer who can train students on practical office management skills, modern administrative tools, and real-world work processes. The trainer must be able to deliver engaging sessions, provide hands-on training, and ensure students are job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Office Administration.
  • Teach topics such as MS Office, email management, file handling, documentation, customer service, data entry, and office communication.
  • Train students in professional etiquette, time management, and workplace behavior.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  • Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
  • Maintain class records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Guide students with real-world industry skills and job readiness.
  • Ensure a disciplined, supportive, and positive learning environment.
  • Coordinate with management for batch planning and academic updates.
