Job Description

Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies. Familiarity with security concepts and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of experience in IT administration or support, with a focus on Microsoft 365. Experience with on-premises Exchange Server and hybrid environments is a plus.
