Having vast experience of handling profiles related to Sales, Service, IT, Branding, Accounts etc. Handling Joining formalities of newly joined employees Conducting interviews telephonic & personal. Reference Checks & Background verification of candidates. Preparing Job Descriptions with the help of Management & HODs. Strong at follow ups with the HODs, ensuring closures within the shortest possible turn around time thus adding value to the department. Taking care of the induction & orientation activities of newly joined Sales & Agronomist candidates. Briefing the employee about the Policies, Timings, Attendance etc. on his joining. Processing all the documents submitted by new joinees at all level by thoroughly verifying the details mentioned in it about their education, age, address, companies worked with in the past etc. against the proofs submitted for the same. Coordination with Accounts for the payment of Vendors & also for other miscellaneous payments of HR department. Responsible for Exit Interviews, Collection of Clearance Forms & on time submission to the concerned people for smooth processing of full & final settlement. Proficient in the use of social networking sites like Naukri, Facebook, LinkedIn & taking references & utilization of relevant walk in resumes whenever related vacancy arises. Maintaining a database of candidates offered, selected, joined, rejected & regretted. Daily creation of Recruitment reports & other reports as and when required by the reporting head/Management. Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. MBA in HR/MSW is preferred Required experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR
