Role & responsibilities Position: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing & Campus Recruitment- Male candidates) Location: Goregaon(East), Mumbai Department: Human Resources Experience: 45 years Reports To: HR executive / Talent Acquisition Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR professional with a strong background in talent sourcing and campus recruitment . The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent through various sourcing strategies and by building strong relationships with academic institutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing Source potential candidates using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing effectiveness. 2. Campus Recruitment Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutes. Plan and execute campus hiring events, including job fairs, pre-placement talks, and recruitment drives. Collaborate with academic placement cells to ensure smooth campus engagement. Organize internships and manage intern conversion programs. Maintain a database of campus contacts and candidate pipelines. 3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related MBA(HR)preferred. 4–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and campus recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with employer branding initiatives. Experience in tech or volume hiring is an advantage. Passion for working with students and fresh graduates.
