Role & responsibilities Oversee IPO processing for SME listings, including review of draft documents, basis of allotment, listing of securities and end-to-end listing coordination. Evaluate SME-specific eligibility criteria and ensure adherence to applicable listing norms and SME exchange regulations. Facilitate process automation and documentation standardization for SME IPOs. Monitor internal compliance activities related to SME listings and implement necessary policy changes as per regulatory updates. Support functional teams by providing training related to SME IPO and listing procedures. Assist internal and external auditors during compliance audits by providing relevant documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for stock exchanges and regulators to ensure smooth listing procedures.
