As the AskHR Manager at BMC, you will lead and oversee the daily activities of the HR Operations team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle. Your role will require strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with multiple HR functions to maintain a high standard of service delivery. You will partner with HRIS, IT, and Helix product team members to automate tasks, improve processes, and enhance the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities - Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits including insurance programs, leave management, provident fund/retirement benefits, maternity benefits, and other statutory or company-offered programs. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, benefits regulations, and company policies. Act as an escalation point for complex benefits queries. - Employee Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle data, job and personal data changes, terminations, and regular data audits. Maintain data integrity across HR systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. - Employment Verifications: Manage and oversee completion of active and ex-employee employment verification requests in a timely and accurate manner. - Letter Issuance: Supervise the issuance of employment-related and travel-related letters for current and former employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines. - HR Helpdesk Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee and ex-employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures via the HR helpdesk. Monitor helpdesk metrics and service levels, implementing improvements where necessary. - Offboarding Administration: Oversee smooth and compliant offboarding processes, including system updates, final settlements coordination, and clearance procedures. - Policy & System Administration: Regularly review, update, and publish HR policies on the company intranet. Manage HR systems administration to ensure user access, configuration, and updates align with business needs. - Collaboration & Governance: Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within agreed timelines. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 8+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of benefits administration, HR systems, and statutory compliance. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, Service Desk tools, and MS Office tools. Oracle HCM experience is a plus. - Exposure to AI & Digital Enablement is preferred, including AI literacy, process automation skills, and data interpretation.
