We are seeking a reliable and skilled O&M Field Technician to maintain and support leased line connections for enterprise clients. The role involves field visits, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of leased line circuits.

Perform system integration and feature testingfor clients network solutions. Validate MPLS, BGP, L2VPN, L3VPNconfigurations and functionality. Develop and execute test cases for network protocolsusing industry best practices. Utilize POSTMAN and REST APIfor testing and automation of network features. (Good to Have) Gain exposure to NFM-P (Network Function Manager Packet)for network configuration and management. Familiarity with Linux-based environmentsfor network testing. Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python) Experience with Spirent Traffic Generatorfor network performance testing. Working knowledge of JIRAfor test case management and bug tracking.
