Were Hiring Executive / Sr. Executive (OFA Telesales)

FinTech & Financial Services space

Key Responsibilities:

Making cold calls on leads provided
Explaining the OFA platform to IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors)
Convincing IFAs to register on the platform
Assisting IFAs in completing their registration process

Key Performance Indicator:

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Telesales (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Excellent communication & telephonic conversation skills
Soft-spoken, organized, and target-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results
Strong convincing skills
