Enfusion is currently seeking a skilled individual to join our OEMS Trade Compliance team. This role involves the critical task of setting up and configuring new clients on the Enfusion platform, focusing on pre- and post-trade compliance rules. Responsibilities include preparing compliance rules for the full investment lifecycle, troubleshooting existing client compliance rules, and testing new rule creations. Additionally, the role involves managing pre- and post-trade compliance checks and engaging with clients to understand their compliance rule requirements. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare compliance rules for pre- and post-trade activities - Setup new rules, conduct internal testing, and troubleshoot client compliance queries - Create comprehensive rule functionality for various portfolio/fund levels - Manage pre- and post-trade compliance checks and end-of-day compliance tasks - Engage with clients to discuss compliance rule requirements - Preferred knowledge of Buy-side OMS systems Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math, or related field - 5+ years of experience in Middle Office support roles at Hedge Funds, Prime Brokers, or Fund Administrators - Financial domain knowledge in FX, NDFs, Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, and Options - Experience with JavaScript and Jenkins is a plus - Detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with middle office, trading, and risk operations Enfusion offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plans, generous time off, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program.
