Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. Have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Also, you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.

Market Research and Analysis: • Conduct market research and analysis to gather intelligence on international markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making related to international sales and marketing strategies. 5. Marketing Support: • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at international markets and customer segments. • Coordinate marketing activities, such as advertising, digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional events, to generate leads and support sales efforts. 6. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to track progress, measure results, and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing initiatives. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align international sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Foster communication and collaboration across departments to ensure effective coordination and execution of international sales initiatives. Qualifications: • Diploma/BE/B.tech/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 5+years of experience in international sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with international customers and partners. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international business practices and customs. • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
