Role & responsibilities - Ensure compliance of all products at all stages as per drawing and customer requirements - Production as per standard operating procedure and ensure product conformance. - Monitoring of the status of latest design changes implementation with a co-ordination quality , development and production team - To ensure operation of mistake / error proofing at decided stage - To provide technical support to plant when needed . - To conduct Product , process verification and validation - Improve internal , external , production and quality performance - Compliance of customer audit , certification audit requirements - Production Planning / Execution Monitoring/ Revisions if required time to time. Monitor capacity calculation and analysis for improvement . - Overall administration of all activities at all sections. - Co-ordination with all supervisors whenever required. - Implementing & monitoring the safety precautions on shop floor. - Taking decisions and reviewing effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions related to production - Controlling on live production process which are carried out in plant - Risk analysis and mitigation actions - To ensure following EOHS norms / requirements at production/Assy activities. To motivate / encourage team for improvement in EOHS performance Preferred candidate profile Any Candidate with Diploma,BE,CIPET with broad experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturing process. PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS EXP MANDETORY.

Lead a team to drive excellence in investigation, compliance, and continuous improvement. • Continuously improve capabilities for manufacturing operations. • Prioritize timely investigation and operational improvement with a strong focus on results. • Identify root causes using the right investigation tools and implement effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). • Work on procedural gaps to prevent deviations. • Develop a compliance mindset within the team. • Strengthen integrity and right-first-time culture within the team. • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and procedures, removing non-value-added steps. • Use operational excellence tools to identify and minimize all kinds of losses. • Coach colleagues on operational excellence tools and drive projects for capacity improvements. • Regularly update data in management information systems (MIS). • Analyze data available in the production system and take appropriate action. • Conduct TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement meetings regularly. • Develop subject matter expertise for internal and external audits. • Identify compliance and operational discrepancies through regular Gemba walks. • Understand OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
