Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Production Management: Oversee the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to final precision components. Advanced Machining Operations: Lead high-accuracy CNC, VMC, and Turnmill machining, ensuring top-tier aerospace standards. Process Optimization: Drive 2D & 3D programming, setting, and tooling selection for precision engineering. New Product Development (NPD): Collaborate with design & engineering teams to develop and scale new aerospace components. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO 9001, and other aerospace quality standards. Resource & Workforce Management: Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production timelines for efficiency. Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: Implement process improvements, cycle time reductions, and cost-saving initiatives. Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams to meet delivery and quality benchmarks. Spearheading entire gamut ofproduction activities entailing production planning, scheduling, manpower planning, and distribution shift wise Delivering on job training for new OEs and casual labour Responsible for complete production activity right from planning, scheduling, manpower hiring and executing the productivity. Ensure efficiency in process operations; developing competency among the team membersRole & responsibilities Meet production targets on time and ensuring product quality as per quality standards Adhering to TQM procedures; directing manufacturing activities to ensure maximum quality is delivered Developing, reviewing, and implementing strategies and actions resulting in continuous improvement in safety, product quality, product delivery, productivity Increasing productivity by eliminating waste, line balancing, OEE improvement Implementing Kaizens for continuous improvements; ensuring customer service rating, on monthly basis Achieving substantial cost savings through production process optimization projects; developing ideas around for cost rationalization Layout set up to meet Just in time and Just in Sequence Production and supply to customer. Complete Plant Operations management in Assembly line, Sewing line, Frame line and Foam plant. Preparing and ensuring the Plant Budget and meeting Plant profitability. TPS implementation Ensuring 100% ON TIME deliveries to the customer Ensure employee engagement, recognition and motivating to create Organization first culture ensuring a better workplace to work in. Interaction with customer to resolve their issues. Daily Production MIS with proper analysis of rejection and rework data Monthly MIS with proper analysis and action plans for company benefits Candidates should be from Seating production background. Ex-candidates of seating industry will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities Proficiency in CNC, vmc programs operations, improving efficiency and reducing cycle time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance overall productivity. Handling manpower 50-60 team Desired Candidate Profile 18-22 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in alloy wheels or related fields such as auto ancillary, automobile components, etc. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution; knowledge of PLANTS IMPROVEMENT methodologies an added advantage. Strong understanding of OEE calculation techniques; ability to analyze data to drive process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives. Coordinate with various departments (HR, Purchase, Quality) for smooth operations. Ensure efficient use of resources by implementing lean manufacturing principles. Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement kaizen initiatives. Conduct shift planning and rejection control to minimize downtime.

Distribution of work 2 operators in order 2 achieve daily production target.Planning day 2 day production.Product/process quality mgmnt system through internal & External Audits,SQC,BOP inspection.Productivity & quality improvement through Kaizen.MIS Required Candidate profile Line balancing & reducing assembly time using 3M-Methodology.Layout improvement & workstation design.Employ FIFO.Examine needs for training & provide on job training 2 personnel.Capacity improvement,
