Role & responsibilities - Should Have the knowledge of Invoicing,Eway bill ,Returnable challan etc Documentation for Dispatch. - Should have the knowledge of Export documentation. - Answer the query of customer and IC partners. - Should have the hands on experience of customer portal handling . - Weekly report for Transit and External WH Material status. - GRN Tracking and ASN creation as per customer requirements - Maintain customer OTIF/Rating as per Tgt. - Managing Transit / External Warehouse and Plant warehouse Stock data Live monitoring. - Share the daily dispatch details to customers - On time supply of SPD/DI/OE as per date. - Monitor and Analysis the schedule change. - Monitor the FG receive from Production in warehouse. - Monitoring of Daily FG part dispatch and provide the report to management. - Monitoring of returnable packaging IN and Out and share the report to management. - Develop the corrective action and absenteeism system. - Should have the knowledge of Export documentation. - Answer the query of customer and IC partners. - Coordinate with Sales for schedules and gaps. - Freight bill verification and weekly submit ion and report to management on spendings, - Packaging management /Corrugated requirement generation and packaging development and improvement - Track the transit shipment and external wh stock and inform management about the gaps. - Manage the data record related to the outbound and verify on weekly/monthly basis. Preferred candidate profile - Should be quick learner - Team Player - Problem solver - Self Motivated NOTE:- This position will be on a third-party payroll
