Role & responsibilities 1. Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on project requirements. 2. Design and implement business workflows and logic using Python and Odoo framework. 3. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs/web services. 4. Create technical documentation for developed modules and customizations. 5. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in Odoo applications. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, UI/UX designers) for end-to-end implementation. 7. Upgrade Odoo versions and ensure backward compatibility and data migration. 8. Participate in code reviews, best practice sharing, and optimization discussions. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Proven experience working with Odoo (v12+ preferred). 2. Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of object-oriented programming. 3. Experience in Odoo backend and frontend development (QWeb, JavaScript, XML). 4. Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ORM concepts. 5. Ability to create custom modules and modify existing ones. 6. Experience with Git or other version control tools. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
