About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP consulting, with a particular focus on Odoo implementations and customisations. An accountancy or finance background will be a strong plus, ensuring alignment with client expectations in finance-driven modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations for global clients. Liaise directly with international stakeholders , primarily from UK, Ireland, and other Western markets . Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions using Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.). Collaborate cross-functionally to align ERP solutions with overall business objectives. Stay updated on Odoo features and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role. Proven track record of handling international clients , particularly in the UK, Ireland . Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and sales. Accountancy or finance background (education or experience) is a significant plus. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exposure to Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, and community editions. Project management certifications or experience is a plus.
