Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2 to 4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Mode of Work: Work From Office Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the Odoo ERP platform - from understanding business requirements to customizing and maintaining Odoo modules across multiple departments such as marketing, sales, operations, manufacturing, and finance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments. Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules for marketing, sales, operations, manufacturing, and finance. Troubleshoot and maintain existing Odoo modules and integrations. Provide functional support, user training, and documentation for internal teams. Collaborate with internal development teams to deploy new features and enhancements. Ensure data integrity, system security, and optimal workflows within the Odoo environment. Stay updated with new Odoo features and recommend system improvements. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization. Strong understanding of business processes across key functions. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work with internal tech and business teams. Experience in resolving Odoo-related issues with minimal supervision. Good to Have: Exposure to Odoo.sh and cloud-based Odoo environments. Basic knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL . Experience in integrating third-party tools/applications with Odoo.
