We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Odoo Techno functional Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in Odoo ERP system, covering all Odoo modules to join our team in Bangalore. Develop technical solutions, including custom modules, workflows, and reports. Conduct gap analysis between business needs and existing functionality, identifying areas for custom development. Provide ongoing technical support, debugging, and troubleshooting for Odoo ERP applications. Optimize system performance through enhancements and improvements in workflows, processes, and integrations. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Analyze and document business processes and requirements, translating them into Odoo configurations. Provide recommendations on best practices to maximize system efficiency. Ensure the system aligns with business goals and financial processes, maintaining compliance and functionality. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Train end users on new features, updates, and processes to promote efficient system use. Provide post-implementation support and maintain strong feedback loops. Manage integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using APIs and connectors. Ensure proper data migration, mapping, and synchronization during implementations. Maintain data integrity and system security through proper configuration and monitoring. Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks, and devise contingency plans to mitigate them.
