About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP consulting, with a particular focus on Odoo implementations and customisations. Exposure to international clients especially in the UK, Ireland, and other global markets is essential. An accountancy or finance background will be a strong plus, ensuring alignment with client expectations in finance-driven modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations for global clients. Liaise directly with international stakeholders , primarily from UK, Ireland, and other Western markets . Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions using Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.). Customize Odoo as per client requirements, and coordinate with the development team for technical needs. Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally to align ERP solutions with overall business objectives. Stay updated on Odoo features and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role. Proven track record of handling international clients , particularly in the UK, Ireland . Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and sales. Accountancy or finance background (education or experience) is a significant plus. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exposure to Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, and community editions. Project management certifications or experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT. Odoo certification (if applicable).
