Job Description: Sales/Field Executive ODO Wholesale B2B App Position: Sales/Field Executive; Receptionist (F) Location: Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida Department: Sales & Retail Onboarding Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Business Head About ODO ODO is a leading wholesale business house, supplying a wide range of FMCG, grocery, and daily essentials directly to Kirana stores, retailers, and convenience outlets. Through our ODO B2B app, we simplify wholesale procurement by giving small businesses access to bulk pricing, assured quality, and reliable doorstep delivery backed by a strong wholesale supply chain. Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding ODO's reach in the market by onboarding Kirana stores and retailers onto the ODO B2B app, driving sales volumes, and strengthening retailer relationships. This is a field-driven role requiring daily market visits, customer engagement, and ensuring that retailers regularly source from ODO as their trusted wholesale partner. Key Responsibilities Retailer Outreach & Onboarding Visit Kirana stores, small retailers, and convenience outlets in the assigned territory. Present ODO's wholesale advantagesbetter pricing, bulk supply, and timely delivery. Assist retailers with ODO B2B app download, registration, and first transaction. Sales Growth & Order Generation Drive sales orders from onboarded retailers through the ODO B2B app. Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and product launches to maximise basket value. Ensure repeat and consistent ordering by maintaining a strong customer connection. Market Development Act as the face of ODO in the local market. Map new potential outlets and expand the customer base. Collect market intelligence on competitor wholesalers, pricing, and promotions. Customer Relationship Management Build trust with retailers by being their first point of contact for orders, issues, and support. Guide app usage, credit options (if applicable), and delivery timelines. Resolve queries quickly to ensure a smooth retailer experience. Reporting & Coordination Track daily visits, retailer registrations, and order volumes. Share market insights and performance reports with the sales manager. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Qualifications & Skills Matriculation/Intermediate/Graduate in any discipline (business/marketing preferred). 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or B2B wholesale trade. Strong ability to connect with Kirana/retail store owners and explain business benefits. Basic digital skills: mobile apps, WhatsApp communication, and CRM tools. Target-driven, energetic, and willing to travel extensively within the market. Local market knowledge and relationships with retailers are a strong advantage.
