You will be responsible for managing documentation for borrowings exceeding Rs. 1000 Crore, with a preference for Foreign Currency (FC) borrowing exposure. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with 5 or more banks. Additionally, you should possess expertise in handling export-import transactions, including services, and a thorough understanding of compliances related to RBI & FEMA. You must have hands-on experience in ODI transactions and their compliances, as well as in forex transactions booking and hedging, including documentation requirements for regulatory compliances.
