Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process.- Oversee the entire application development process and ensure SAP best practices are followed and project guidelines are met.- Ensure successful implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA with hands-on experience in CDS/AMDP.- S/4 Hana implementation experience is a must.- Well versed in new ABAP 7.4 syntax and strong knowledge in all RICEFW developments.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP programs.- Experience in performing unit testing and supporting integration testing.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good To Have Skills: - Experience in RAP, OData services and Fiori.- Exposure to clean core development approach.
