Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents. Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle. Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team. Candidate should be self motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements. Module Experience Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle HCM with at least two lifecycles. Candidate should have detailed level of knowledge of Core HCM. With knowledge in at least one of the following additional modules beneficial Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labour, Compensation Management, Talent Management. Functional Technical Skills Must have knowledge: Core module configuration. Core HCM transactions and general functionality. Building Custom Security Definitions (Job, Data and Abstract roles, Security Profiles, Exclusions Roles, AOR Design) to meet business requirements. Configuration of Work Structures. Definitions of DFF, Common Lookups, Valuesets, UDTs. Configuration of Salary Basis, Elements, Payrolls Should have knowledge of at least 2 of the following: Redwood HDL Personalisation (VB Studio, Design Studio, Page Composer) Approvals BIP / OTBI Journeys ODA Job Details This job is for a Functional Analyst to join our existing global HRIS team, supporting the maintenance and further development of our Oracle HCM Application. A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Pune India office. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important. The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed. Activities may include: Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment. University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.

Solution Designer/Analyst are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, gathering and shaping technical and functional requirements from program stakeholders (Business, IT, Transformation programs ...). They drive a comprehensive requirements management process through workshops with stakholders, prioritization, fit-gap and dependencies analysis, user stories ellaboration, estimations, implementation risk assesments. They define E2E telco solution meeting stakeholder requirements and mapping requirements to design and code, with proper documentation and based on Telco standards (ODA/ ETOM/ SID). They provide Support in de SDLC to Development & QA teams. SKILLS LIST: - At least 5 years of software development experience Java/J2EE, .NET, etc. - Very good understanding of OOPS Concepts - Experience working with BPMN tools - Capacity to understand the user requirements and prepare HLD and LLD. - Ability to trace requirements to design through to code. - Database model designs - Enough technical skills to understand the final solution Nice to Have - Exposure to Aris will be an added advantage - SQL knowledge - Good English level - Good written and verbal communication skills - Team working using Agile frameworks BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: (GROUPS OF THIS KNOWLEDGES FOR EACH ANALYST) - Experience as Telco solutions analysis based on TMFORUM standards (ODA/ETOM/SID). - Telco Business process understanding in one or more following areas: Customer Engagement, Customer Care, Customer Sales, Customer Order Management, Service Order Management, Telecom Catalogs, Telecom Inventories (Product Inventory, Service Inventory, Resource Inventory), Risk Management, Number Portability - Knowledge in Telecom application architectures Job Description - Grade Specific Develops competency in own area of expertise.
