In terms of module experience, you should have hands-on experience with implementing or supporting the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle HCM through at least two lifecycles. A detailed understanding of Core HCM is required, with additional knowledge in modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labour, Compensation Management, and Talent Management considered beneficial. Your functional technical skills should include knowledge of core module configuration, Core HCM transactions, and general functionality. You should be skilled in building Custom Security Definitions to meet business requirements, configuring Work Structures, and defining DFF, Common Lookups, Valuesets, and UDTs. Familiarity with tools such as Redwood, HDL, Personalisation (VB Studio, Design Studio, Page Composer), Approvals, BIP / OTBI, Journeys, and ODA is also desired. As a Functional Analyst, you will join our global HRIS team to support the maintenance and further development of our Oracle HCM Application. This role is based in our Pune, India office, with flexibility to align schedules for overlap with team members from EMEA and Americas. Your responsibilities will include independently and collaboratively resolving production issues, working on system changes, and contributing to project deliverables as new Oracle functionalities are deployed. Your tasks may involve requirements gathering, research, documentation, configuration, testing, and deployment. A university degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or a related field is preferred for this position.,

The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed. Activities may include: Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment. University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
