You should be well-versed in analyzing application performance metrics using APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, etc. Additionally, you must have hands-on experience in profiling backend systems such as JVM, Node.js, Go, and troubleshooting issues related to GC, thread, and CPU. A strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI is necessary for this role.
