Design, Implement and Oversee the PKI Infrastructure. Develop testing procedures, run tests and approvals, ensure quality and integrate the system into the future environment. Setting up technical solutions regarding certificate services. Respond to customer queries and issues. Software development support related to Public Key Infrastructure (Dogtag CA), Identity Provider (SAML, OAUTH). Develop Infrastructure solutions for PKI Service (VMWare, ESXI, AWS, KVM). Regular service monitoring and improvement Provide hands on engineering support required to build and maintain internal and external PKI systems. Maintain documentation, assist customers through FAQ entries and similar. Create, maintain and align the companys security policies and standards with industry best practices. Represent the company on project teams and ensure adherence to existing security policies and standards and prepare for anticipated needs. Development of technical security strategies related to PKI infrastructure. Development of technical security architectures related to PKI infrastructure. Development of technical security standards related to PKI infrastructure. Experience :- 3 to 5 years of PKI, VMWare, OS administration experience. Good to have knowledge on programming languages like Java, GO, C# etc. Good to have database administration experience along with networking and AWS knowledge. Good to have knowledge on Single Sign On concepts based on SAML and Oauth protocol. Role & responsibilities Required skills: Overall - At least 5+ years of experience in performing Digital Certificate Management Operations including: 1. PKI Fundamentals Strong understanding of X.509 certificates, Certificate Authorities (CAs), and Registration Authorities (RAs). Experience with certificate lifecycle management: issuance, renewal, and revocation. Knowledge of Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP). Experience leveraging automation for certificate lifecycle management using scripting tools like PowerShell and Python 2. Cryptography Familiarity with symmetric and asymmetric encryption techniques. Understanding of hashing algorithms such as SHA-2 and SHA-3. Experience with key management and secure key storage practices. 3. Operating Systems Proficient with Windows Server environments, particularly Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS). Working knowledge of Linux systems and open-source PKI tools like OpenSSL and EJBCA. 4. Networking & Protocols Expertise in SSH, TLS/SSL, HTTPS, S/MIME, IPsec, and VPNs. Understanding of DNS, LDAP, and HTTP protocols as they relate to certificate distribution and validation. 5. Tools & Technologies : Hands-on experience with OpenSSL, Keytool, Certutil. Familiarity with Microsoft AD CS, KeyFactor, Venafi, HashiCorp Vault, and EJBCA. Experience managing Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) such as Thales and SafeNet. Knowledge of ACME protocol for automated certificate issuance. Proficient in automation leveraging scripting languages such as Java, Python, PowerShell, and Bash/Shell scripting. 6. Security & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of PKI best practices and standards, including NIST guidelines and RFC 5280. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex certificate-related issues across diverse platforms. Strong documentation skills to support audit readiness and operational transparency. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FIPS 140-2, GDPR, and HIPAA. Monitor certificate status and proactively address expirations to prevent service disruptions. Troubleshoot and resolve certificate-related issues across multiple platforms and applications. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with deep expertise in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) , Oracle Internet Directory (OID) , and integration with Oman PKI . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of Oracle OAM and OID components, as well as secure integration with the Oman national identity and digital certificate system. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions with a focus on Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) . Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of OAM and OID environments. Develop and manage integration with Omans national PKI , including certificate-based authentication using national eID cards and smart cards. Configure SSL, SSO, and Federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth, and X.509 certificates . Implement authentication, authorization, and access policies for internal and external applications. Coordinate with security and compliance teams to align the IAM infrastructure with regulatory and cybersecurity standards in Oman. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OAM and OID . Proven expertise in OAM/OID installation, configuration, and lifecycle management . Solid experience integrating IAM systems with national PKIs , ideally Oman PKI , including handling digital certificates, CRLs, OCSP , etc. Experience with LDAP , WebLogic Server , and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) is a plus. Strong understanding of SSO , Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) , and Federation protocols. Hands-on experience with certificate-based authentication and smart card integration . Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
