The candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing RPA solutions on Automation Anywhere and should be passionate about exploring new RPA platforms to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA Automation Anywhere. Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives. Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization's automation capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes. Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans. Provide training and support to stakeholders (Internal & External) on RPA tools and best practices. Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions. Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using RPA Automation Anywhere. Must have Advanced/Master Certification. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, RPA life cycle, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in RPA Automation or Automation Anywhere (A360) development. Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of different types of OCR available in AA. Hands-on experience in PDF/ Image/ Excel/ Email automation and Web/ windows applications automation. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and database (MS SQL Server) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
