The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote oceansfay and its products or services. This role will enhance brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social media, paid advertising). Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Requirements: Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
