Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a TVS dealership service department (Mandatory & Non-Negotiable) Workshop Operations: Manage daily workflow, monitor job allocation, ensure productivity, timely delivery, and strict adherence to all TVS service SOPs. Customer Service: Maintain high service quality, handle escalations, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure transparency in job card and billing processes. Team Management: Lead and train technicians and service advisors, conduct daily briefings, monitor performance, and maintain discipline, safety, and 5S standards. Inventory & Warranty: Coordinate with the parts department for stock availability, process warranty claims accurately, and maintain all workshop tools, equipment, and audit readiness. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare regular service performance reports, coordinate with TVS regional teams, and support service camps, promotions, and AMC/ESA activities.
