Ocean Overseas is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Operator cum HR Recruiter to manage administrative tasks and support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination Prepare and manage daily reports and correspondence Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations HR Recruitment: Post job openings on job portals and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews with department heads Maintain and update candidate databases Assist in onboarding and employee documentation Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Business, or related field) 1+ years of experience in administration and/or recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Work Schedule:🕒 Timings: [10:30 to 7:30] 📆 Days: Monday to Saturday Salary:💰 ₹[10,000]to[15,000] + incentives bonus per month (based on experience)
