Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue growth in the Ocean Freight (FCL) segment Identify and engage prospective clients in international markets Manage and grow business volumes (target: 14–16 TEUs per week) Ensure product profitability and compliance with internal pricing strategies Maintain accurate customer data, weekly reports, and sales forecasts Build strong relationships with ocean carriers, co-loaders, and other partners Achieve gross profit (GP) and volume targets aligned with business plans Provide regular market intelligence and insights to support strategy What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding , preferably ocean Strong understanding of US trade lanes and international market dynamics Proven track record of handling 14–16 TEUs weekly Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset Experience in building and executing sales strategies.
