Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. You will work with individuals of all ages who are affected by physical, developmental, social, or emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions and determine therapeutic goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
• Use therapeutic techniques, exercises, and adaptive equipment to help patients recover skills
• Educate patients and their families on how to continue therapy at home
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid license or certification as required by state/professional regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
