We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing therapeutic programs to help individuals develop, recover or maintain daily living and work skills.
- Conduct Comprehensive assessments of patients physical, sensory, ADL, emotional and cognitive abilities.
- Identify patients strengths and limitations through observation, interviews and assessments
- Implement therapy programs to improve patients ability to perform daily activities and achieve independence.
- Use of variety of therapeutic techniques, including sensory integration exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on strategies to enhance daily living skills.
- Regularly evaluate and document patients progress toward treatment goals.
- Specialized training or certification in pediatric physiotherapy is plus.
- Experience working with specific populations, such as children, the elderly, or individuals with developmental disabilities, is a plus.
