As a RES point of contact for all Workplace Strategy & Design related matters, you will support the Workplace Strategy & Design Lead in the development of workplace strategy, recommendations, and material generation. This includes tasks such as managing Space Budgets, creating engagement decks, and onboarding Interior Design/Workplace Strategy consultants to ensure consistent delivery. You will also interact with the Global Design Team to ensure clarity on CWE guidance, oversee exception approval requests, and maintain alignment with IEP and CWE GWDG. Additionally, you will engage with RES colleagues to provide updates on the latest Workplace Strategy and Design trends, processes, compliance requirements, and share lessons learned. Stakeholder engagement and approvals from Regional/Country leadership within the business will be crucial aspects of this role. You will be responsible for coordinating with RES Country Heads & Transactions Head to review RLS HC projections & HR Personas for upcoming portfolio and lease initiatives. Furthermore, you will lead the identification, development, and recommendation of Workplace Strategy changes for sites where existing footprint and projections deviate, and provide necessary support and inputs to RES colleagues for various activities. Data analysis of regional occupancy statistics and benchmarking will also be a key part of your responsibilities. At JLL, we value personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth.
