OCCD Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling support and guidance to clients via calls and texts. This role demands strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working independently from home. Work Schedule & Breaks : Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Breaks Provided: Two 10-minute short breaks One 40-minute lunch break Note: Video must remain ON during working hours . Work experience : - Min 1 year Requirements : Bachelors or Masters degree . Prior experience in counseling or mental health support (preferred). Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working on video throughout the day. Stable internet connection and a quiet, private home working environment. Good English communication, Computer proficiency, Education counselling experience
Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on courses, career opportunities, and admission processes. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring professional and empathetic guidance. Assess students academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs. Provide detailed information on course structure, duration, fees, scholarships, and application processes. Manage and update student records, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Google Drive . Assist students with applications, documentation, and admissions. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversions and meet admission targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with students and parents. Keep updated with university/course offerings, policies, and industry trends. Knowledge of CRM software or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for managing records. Desired profile of the candidate : We are working on Zoho plateform so need to switch on camera during working hours Timing are 9 AM to 6 PM but is need ed help work fro more also and also on sunday
