Immediate joiners preferred Onsite Locations: Hyderabad & Noida Job Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) 3 Interview Rounds Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable or FTE conversion) Benefits: As per company policy Role Overview We’re seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to architect and deliver robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite with a US-based client and lead digital transformation initiatives with a global, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing). Design scalable data models, integration strategies, and secure frameworks. Ensure Salesforce implementations meet best practices, compliance, and security standards. Guide, mentor, and coordinate offshore teams to achieve delivery goals. Provide technical direction on Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations. Oversee project execution for Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base), Sales Cloud (Lead, Opportunity, CPQ), and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio). Manage integration with ERP systems, data platforms, and external apps. Direct DevOps, code reviews, release management, and deployments. Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders; conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations. Define coding standards and Salesforce governance. Evaluate new Salesforce features, AppExchange solutions, and tech trends. Required Skills & Qualifications 10–14 years total IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce CRM. Advanced expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Hands-on with: Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs. Proven record in enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and transformations. Strong knowledge of compliance, security, and integration (ERP, middleware experience essential). Experience leading and mentoring offshore teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
