Key Responsibilities: Implement SAP IBP/OBP solutions tailored to project requirements. Design and configure planning applications to address business challenges. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system quality. Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of planning processes. Analyze and enhance existing IBP/OBP configurations and workflows. Create dashboards and generate reports for performance monitoring. Participate in project planning, tracking, and status reporting. Execute data migration and integration using best practices. Develop and maintain clear documentation on configurations and processes. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. Stay abreast of SAP IBP/OBP trends, updates, and industry best practices. Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and recommend solutions. Support change management initiatives for solution adoption. Continuously improve project methodologies and internal processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP/OBP . Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and practices. Experience with data modeling and analytics tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings. Proficiency in integration tools and techniques . Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. SAP IBP/OBP certifications are a strong plus. Strong customer orientation and stakeholder engagement skills. Understanding of Agile methodologies is highly desirable. Skilled in using documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Word, Visio)
