About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. Demonstrated experience with implementations of Core banking and Payment applications. Demonstrated knowledge of the Flexcube in a Product Development, Testing Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role (in Technology Product Development). Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases. Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA. Ability to operate independently under strict timelines. 8-15 years of experience with Flexcube, Testing (System Integration, Regression, User Acceptance), Business Analysis, or Ops-Production support role Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due dates. Demonstrated knowledge of required testing/validation methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in Automation tools Selenium will be an added advantage. Job Purpose: The JAVA Developer will be responsible for providing software solutions in Oracle Banking Products like Extensibility Toolkit and OBP and OBMA backend Customizations development. And work with business and other teams to gather requirements along with product analysts and review BRDs, work and finalize the solution design and architecture, prepare architecture artifacts and FSD, from techno functional fitment perspective. Test the code and support independent testing of various functional flows and touch points Responsibilities: To perform requirement analysis and create software requirement specification. To coordinate with the infrastructure team on implementation of software systems according to requirements. To write software programs and maintain source code which meet system requirements, system designs and specifications. To propose modifications and improvements to the systems both new and existing.
