We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to boost business growth through the identification of new opportunities, effective management of client relationships, and successful execution of strategic sales initiatives. As a candidate with fresher or up to 1 year of experience and any degree, you should possess a proven track record in selling software solutions or IT services. Familiarity with the sales cycle for B2B software sales, including lead generation, qualification, and deal closure, is essential. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads utilizing methods such as cold calling, networking, online research, and social media. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction levels remain high. - Negotiation and Closing: Take the lead in negotiations, address client concerns, and successfully close deals while meeting or surpassing revenue targets. - Sales Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the formulation of the overall sales strategy and provide regular updates on progress and accomplishments. Key Skills: - Outstanding communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in negotiation and objection-handling. - Knowledge of software development lifecycles and custom software capabilities is advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and the option to work from home. The compensation package includes a performance bonus.
