The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector, and demonstrate the ability to drive conversions, mentor junior callers, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. This is a performance-focused role with significant potential for growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead telesales efforts by making high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients from qualified databases. Present and pitch real estate projects with a consultative approach, emphasizing key USPs tailored to the clients interests. Strategically identify and develop new lead sources through cold calling and proactive outreach. Schedule and coordinate client visits to the project site or office, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain a consistent and structured follow-up system to maximize conversion rates. Key Skills & Requirements: Good to have experience as a telesales/telemarketing executive, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi . Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Education: Minimum Graduate.
