Role & responsibilities We are looking for a skilled and experienced AutoLISP Developer with extensive hands-on experience in customizing AutoCAD using AutoLISP and ARX (ObjectARX) . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AutoCADs API and be capable of building custom AutoCAD applications from scratch, enhancing existing functionalities, creating user interfaces using dialog boxes, and debugging and troubleshooting complex build/code issues. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom applications and tools for AutoCAD using AutoLISP and ARX (C++) . Enhance and automate AutoCAD workflows by adding new functionalities or modifying existing features. Develop and integrate dialog boxes and UI components using DCL or other relevant tools. Analyse, debug, and resolve issues in existing AutoCAD plug-ins or automation scripts. Maintain and update legacy code written in AutoLISP, ARX, or other AutoCAD-supported languages. Document code, write technical specifications, and assist in deployment and maintenance. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in AutoCAD customization using AutoLISP and ObjectARX (C++) . Strong understanding of AutoCAD architecture and CAD standards. Proven experience in building AutoCAD-based applications from scratch . Experience in creating and managing custom dialog boxes using DCL. Strong debugging skills with the ability to resolve build errors, performance issues, and crashes . Experience with deployment and packaging of AutoCAD plug-ins. Experience in creating OEM builds.
