Senior Software Engineers are responsible for the leading team in providing technical and executional leadership in delivering highly scalable, distributed multi-tenant enterprise class software solutions. They are responsible for the entire application lifecycle from research and design to implementation, training and support. They also lead team in providing software development plans and ensure delivery on time with quality. Hands on experience working with Intersystems Cache and eager to learn new technologies as per the need. Duties & Responsibilities Be a champion for department initiatives and values ensuring all actions promote the departments mission statement Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Work with scrum team, product management, Architects, program managers, QA and others to develop enterprise-level software products adhering to best practices and established standards and practices Lead a scrum team and work with cross functional leadership in providing software development plans and ensure team deliver per plan Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures Communicate in a professional manner when interacting with coworkers and external customers Mentor and support team members and others as needed to cultivate and sustain industry leading technical expertise and professionalism. Lead thorough design reviews, code reviews, and actively seek to improve the quality of our codebase Skills Required Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have experience in design and development of enterprise class software solutions and have good understanding of design and architectural patterns Ability to lead scrum team and provide technical and executional leadership in Scaled Agile Methodology Demonstrated skills and abilities needed to coordinate, facilitate, and participate in a collaborative approach to the completion of tasks or assignments InterSystems Cache Object Script/Cache Objects. You will be working with Intersystem IRIS Data Platform and should have 3 to 5 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include working with Object Script, SQL, and integration technologies such as REST and SOAP. Proficiency in FHIR is a must. You will be expected to have experience in data modelling, performance tuning, and deploying IRIS on Linux/Windows. Skills in Python, Java, .NET, and Docker will be advantageous. The interview process will consist of R1 and R2 rounds, with the possibility of a client round if required. Interviews will be conducted virtually. The work timing is from 11AM to 8PM. Job Title: IRIS Developer Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune No.of positions : 7 Work Mode: Remote Skillset: InterSystems IRIS, Object Script, XML / JSON, CCDA/FHIR/HL7 and Data Integration Shift Timings: 2:00 - 11:00 PM Responsibilities: Demonstrates strong programming expertise, with the ability to execute a wide range of programming activities with minimal supervision. • Design and implement data integrations using InterSystems IRIS between HIE partners and internal On-prem/Cloud systems. • Debug and fix defects in InterSystems IRIS related any inhouse solutions built. • Develop custom object scripts to meet any client specific requirement. • Develop XSLTs and DTLs to transform CCDA/FHIR/HL7 messages to and from Summary Document Architecture (SDA) format. • Ensure systems development and support, and create design and technical specifications from business requirement specifications. • Oversee best practices design and development, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with fellow developers and Technical Leads Skills: Must have strong software development experience. • Proactive and highly organized with strong time management and planning skills. • Should have experience in InterSystems IRIS for health, ObjectScript. • Must have experience in Integration protocols such as TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP • Must be able to create DTL mappings from SDA and workflows to process documents. • Must be able to create custom business services/process/operations • Should have proficiency in CCDA, HL7, FHIR, JSON and XML messaging • Should have proficiency in using development tools like GIT, VS Code • Nice to have GCP/GKE exposure
